Emiliano Conde
President
Emiliano founded jBilling in 2002 with the simple idea that billing could be better. He has since built a 100+ person company providing trusted billing solutions to organizations worldwide. Emiliano continues to provide long-term vision for the product, and mentors staff in all functional areas. He also serves on AppDirect’s leadership team, providing expertise in billing and software development. As a software industry thought leader, Emiliano speaks at high-profile events featuring modern software languages and cloud-native platforms. He spreads his passion by instructing a local after-school coding program. As a firm believer in work-life balance, Emiliano also enjoys spending time with his family and training for his next triathlon.
Ed Agar
VP Marketing and Sales
Ed Agar brings a wealth of experience and leadership to jBilling in his role as VP Marketing and Sales. With previous responsibilities spanning marketing, sales and business development, Ed cultivated high-performing teams in companies including IBM and Rogers Communications. Ed is a dedicated practitioner of performance metrics and has applied them throughout his career to improve customer satisfaction and achieve sales success. When managing his own consultancy, Ed developed an index proven to improve outsourcing procurement success rates. Ed holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance and Marketing. When he’s “off the clock”, Ed enjoys home renovation projects and spending time with his family.
Yves Francis
Director of Customer Success
Yves is responsible for customer success. Prior to joining jBilling, Yves provided independent Project Management services to clients including Bell Canada and Canada Revenue Agency. Prior to that, he was an Associate Director, Project Management, with Fujitsu where he spent 28 years carrying out complex projects for private and public sector clients. Yves holds a B.Sc. Magna Cum Laude with honors in Information and Management Systems from the University of Ottawa and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Outside of work, Yves is involved with minor hockey and soccer. He also enjoys relaxing with a good book and spending time with friends around a campfire.
Greg Hitchmough
Director of Engineering
Greg leads jBilling’s engineering team. He is a 20-year veteran of the software industry skilled in developing high availability, high transaction rate, carrier-grade products. Greg has broad experience running engineering teams at top tier companies like Cisco, Ciena, Amdocs and Expedia. Greg earned his Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and is an avid soccer player.

Laura Stevenson
Director of Product Marketing
Laura brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and data center/cloud industry to jBilling. An accomplished business driver with a number of successful product launches under her belt, Laura earned a spot on multiple senior leadership teams in organizations such as Rogers and Blackiron Data. As a keen product strategist, she makes a habit of seeking a greater understanding of client needs and discovers unique ways in which technology can be applied to solve tough business problems. Laura loves to spend her spare time cooking and entertaining for family and friends.
Nola Beard
Manager - Documentation & Training
Nola has a background in information system implementations, organizational redesign and project management. Her roles have had a strong emphasis on documentation, communication, training, and on-site and remote team coordination. Currently, Nola is responsible for user documentation, customer training & support, and release coordination. Nola's favorite things include cooking, architecture, photography, modern art and festivals of almost any kind, but with her insatiably itchy feet, above all is her love of travel.
Juan Vidal
Senior Team Lead - Developer
Juan received his System's Engineer degree several years ago and has been working as a Java Developer ever since. His first job was for a local, online ticketing system, before moving on to work for Southwest Airlines. After that, he worked freelance until he was hired to work for jBilling. His current role as a Java Developer is to taking care of bugs, as well as core and client requirements. In his spare time, Juan loves watching different television shows and playing tennis.
Vladimir Carevski
Senior Team Lead - Developer
Vladimir has worked at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University (Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Institute of Informatics) as a laboratory assistant and Java Developer. He then worked for Mak-System International as a Java Developer. Vladimir’s IT related hobbies include GRID computing, parallel algorithms and HPS. He also enjoys sports such as, basketball, table tennis (ping pong), hiking and mountaineering.
Amol Gadre
Senior Team Lead - Developer
Amol has 13 years of experience in developing and maintaining enterprise applications. He has worked in domains such as banking, travel and transport, logistics, healthcare and billing. His previous employers were iflex Solutions and Satyam Computers. At jBilling, he leads a small team of developers. His role includes interaction with customers to understand their requirements, design and develop new features, guide the team and review their works. In his off time, Amol enjoys to spend time with family and friends. He likes to follow the game of Cricket, and practices Yoga to keep fit.
