CDR configure

Hello,

I work in a voip provider and I need to configure jbilling to create invoices based in CDR generated by our voip system. I need to create a costumer invoice with fixed values and with the call details with duration and price per minute.

How can I do this? Can someone help in this process?

Thank you,
Norberto

Mediation process

I think the mediation process could be the answer. Unfortunately it's not that good documented (nor you have many examples of that). You also have to know the drools environment to create complex rules in billing.

Generally if you have some general events(with some attributes like call duration) that you can translate to purchasable items (like minutes or seconds of generic calls), you can use mediation process.
