CDR formats

Hi,
Is it possible to use binary CDR formats with jbilling 1.1.3 ?. If so how can it be done. Will it be in the documentation which is being done for 1.1.3?.

Hi,

The mediation module is design to isolate the reading part of the process. That is the concern of readers, which are plug-ins. You need to write your own reader to get the fields of a CDR out of the binary storage.

That's all, the rest of the mediation rules do not know how the records got in memory, so it is all reusable.
