Charge every 60 seconds

Hi
I am wondering if I could do a pseudo prepaid scenario with jbilling. My system can handle deducting amounts from an internal module by itself and would resync to jbilling every 60 seconds to get new funds and create a billing record.
Is my thinking path correct and would that be a possibility with jbilling ?
