Dynamic Balance

How do I set up the Dynamic Balance plugin to use prepaid accounts?

After logging in, go to

After logging in, go to System-->Plug-in-->New plug-in , select DynamicBalanceManager.

That's it! Then just edit the user to change their balance type to prepaid.
