Installation jBilling+Mysql+Windows

Hi All,
This is my First post here .Before putting this thread i have gone through forum for installing jbilling on my system .

I have tried installing it on my machine but it seems something is mssing .
It is giving me error in browser
HTTP Status 404 - /billing/signupEntity.do

type Status report

message /billing/signupEntity.do

description The requested resource (/billing/signupEntity.do) is not available.

I have jre1.5,jdk installed on machine Windows XP. Also I want to use MySql database with it .
please guide me regarding same .
Give details for editting .properties file of jBilling .
i find difficult installing jBilling on my machine .
Also I have WAMP installed & other softwares installed uing WAMP .Is there some problem due to it ?

check jbilling.properties

in the conf folder inside jbilling u can find jbilling.properties ,edit that file, change the value of base_dir to the path where you installed jbilling/resources
