Jbilling 3 Won't Run - listenerStart Error

Hello, I'm having problems getting the latest jbilling to start. This system is OSX Snow Leopard, and the only errors I get are:

Configuring Spring Security ...
December 6, 2011 10:01:00 AM org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext start
SEVERE: Error listenerStart
December 6, 2011 10:01:00 AM org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext start
SEVERE: Context [/jbilling] startup failed due to previous errors

I've tried enabling debug level logging, but I still cant get any more information other than listenerStart error. Can anyone shed some light on this?
