Go to my Computer, right click and select Properties. Go to the advanced tab and click on Environment Variables. You'll need to set a few new user variables.
NAME: CATALINA_HOME VALUE: C:\jbilling (the location of jbilling)
NAME: JRE_HOME VALUE: (location of your jre)
NAME: JAVA_HOME VALUE: (location of your jdk if you have it installed)
Could you post the relevant parts of the jbilling.log file? listenerStart is the generic error message, but you have to look at the log to find out what went wrong.
