RealTime Refunds

Did any body tried a RealTime Refund from jBilling 2 (GUI). I could not see Process Real Time Check box when I select a prevous payment to be refunded, hence real time flag = false. Is it a bug or am I missing any configuration. Any advice is highly appreciated.
