The requested resource () is not available.

Hi,

I am very new to jbilling.As per the instructions given in installation instructions I have downloaded "jbilling-2_0_1.zip" and edited the file conf/jbilling.properties as per the instructions. Then i have started the tomcat and tried to access this url "http://localhost:8080/billing" from eclipse, the error displayed is: "The requested resource () is not available".Please assist me to solve this issue.
