Updated documentation for JBilling 3, and where are the partners

Hi,

We're currently evaluating JBilling, but it seems the documentation is not up to date with version 3, or am I looking in the wrong place?

In particular, I can't find Partners when playing around i JBilling. Is the Partner component somewhere to be found, or is it an Enterprise only feature?
