Hello,
I'm pretty much new to jBilling. I was reading the telecom guide and implemented a sample reader plugin. Now that I have the jar file containing all my plugin classes, where do I place this?

Would you recommend me
1) updating the billing.war
2) should I be putting it in one of the standard tomcat lib directories or
3) is there any convention for these kinds of user libraries?
