Issues Installing on Windows

Hello -
I recently tried installing your most current realease from Sourceforge. Version 2.0.1 onto a Windows Machine running XP -Professional / SP2 with sufficent Permissions, Hard Drive Space and Memory.

The Program was installed per the instructions into the Root directory of C:\Jbilling - Java was installed from its most current relaease as well. I am not ble to get the Application Functioning.

I have verifed the Fire Wall is turned off, I ran the Startup Batch from a CMD prompt and am being prompted with the following message when haulted.
" The Catalina HOME environment is variable is not defined correctly"

Any idea on what this and how i can fix it?
