Hello, I've got a problem with taxes:

When an order is creating, new items can be added by clicking "Add" button, after that items are appearing in the right side corner. Taxes also can be added, but they are not appearing anywhere in the edit mode, so you can think that you just didn't add it and click button again. After that if you go to "Review" there will be displayed quantity 2 for the Tax item. If you set price for Tax as overridable then tax will be double charged, if it isn't overridable, still I don't want it to be displayed with quantity 2, it's impossible situation when you can optionally charge user twice with the same taxe, I might want to change percent displayed if another Tax is applicable (for example for different province). And what if I realized that this tax shouldn't be applied to this order at all? E.g. if this particular customer happend to be tax released? How can I remove tax item, only by editing the database directly?
