AVAILABLE Integration Service API documentation

Greetings.

It is suggested to do the following tasks to improve API documentation for JBilling Service:

  • add javadoc comments into the JbillingAPI interface and common types like UserWS, CreditCardDTO, ContactWS, CreateResponseWS, etc;
  • add Ant task to the build.xml to generate API documentation.

The most comments will be taken from original "Integrator’s Guide Web Services API Documentation".
