We have completed an integration at a telco(fixed/wireless) in ZA, including
- SugarCRM
- Jbilling
- Huawei MSC
- Custom Mediation
- Custom Rating
- Custom Charging
This system has been live since 12th March, with voice usage and service charging; we are now in the 2nd phase of revisions to add new functionality to the system.

Would you be interested in licensing the solution to others?
We are currently involved in a proposal for a WiMax operator that is currently using SugarCRM as their front end, with manual back end systems. They are looking to expand their operations. We are currently proposing Siebel/Oracle BRM to them, but we might be able to swing it around to an Open Source solution if we can make them feel at home. An obvious choice would be to use the existing front end.
I'd appreciate it if you could give us any points of reference for this.

All Hardware platforms are
All Hardware platforms are SUN Solaris 10(Sparc)
All DB is Oracle 10G Enterprise.
Jbilling is 1.1 RC, although we initially used 0.9
