Location

Scheduled: Join us for any of our scheduled training sessions at several locations around the world. A variety of sessions are planned over the next few months. Click on the link below for information on locations, dates and pricing.

On-site: At jBilling, we offer private hands-on training courses that can be held at your company's site. These on-site training courses provide you with the knowledge to make the most out of jBilling and can be tailored to meet your specific needs - both in terms of subject matter and knowledge-level of your staff. Pre-course planning sessions with the course instructors are set up to discuss the training plan and to determine the appropriate training days required. On-site training is limited to 20 students per class.

Web-based: This is an affordable option for small groups or individuals. Using web-conferencing technology to deliver the training translates to significant savings in travel costs. The content of these courses is the same as the on-site courses and they are also delivered by key members of the jBilling project team.

Tracks

User: For those who will be using jBilling in their daily jobs, this track will cover all the current features of jBilling. The intended audience is your billing department, accounting and customer service staff.

Administrator: The billing system administrator plays a key role in your company. In this track, we train this person to configure jBilling's parameters so that they mirror your changing business rules and can answer questions from your staff.
