jBilling 3.3.1 Telco Edition comes with the extension of several features including: Billing Process and Pro-Rating.

jBilling Telco Edition 3.3.1 New Functionality
Billing Process. Advanced logic allows the customer's billing cycle and the company's billing frequency to be controlled independently. This new functionality also provides more billing schedule options such as, weekly on choice of day, or semi monthly on the 1st and 16th, 2nd and 17th, and so on.
Pro-Rating. In jBilling 3.3.1, this feature offers several new configuration options. Pro-Rating can now be turned on for all orders, off for all orders, or manually turned on or off for each order.
